DHH (Department of Health and Hospitals) recently published its final new regulations targeting abortion clinics across Louisiana WITHOUT any goals of increasing safety or ensuring compassionate care for women in Louisiana. Government did NOT listen to the concerns of the public, and there is a total lack of transparency, accountability, and oversight.
